We can even bring our trucks to you. It’s all part of our promise to stabilize and simplify our area’s organic harvest to feed cycle.
We understand the economic pressures faced by organic farmers. Heartland Organics exists to develop a sustainable, consistent, local market for high-demand organic grains. And we’re here to support Midwest farmers with the knowledge and expertise they need to consistently produce the highest quality organic grains and other crops. That’s not just chicken scratch — it’s the heart and soul of our business.
We're farmers, too! We grow our own crops, feed our own flocks, and produce eggs that are packaged here and sold to stores and restaurants. Every day on the farm, we are increasing our first-hand knowledge of organic farm-to-table operations. We understand your business because it’s our business, too.
Moving grain takes time. And time is money. We can help. When you work with Heartland Organics, we can bring our trucks to you. It’s all part of our promise to stabilize and simplify our area’s organic harvest to feed cycle. Or you can always bring it to us with your own trucks, the choice is yours.
We test all of our grain to get content levels of protein, sodium, calcium, and fat. We also check for GMO’s to ensure that all of our feed is certified, high-quality organic grain.
At Heartland Organics, we understand the pressures that organic growers face. So, to help with your cash flow, we send out checks for grain purchases EVERY FRIDAY. It’s all part of our promise to stabilize and simplify our area’s organic harvest to feed cycle.
“Heartland Organics bought my first certified-organic crop last year. They gave me a fair price and were really flexible on filling the contract. I can call Bryce directly, and he’ll pick up the phone and make time to answer my questions.”
"We like Heartland Organics. It’s a young company as far as elevators go, but Bryce’s years of experience in elevator operations bring a lot to the table. Bryce is an honest and hard worker. They offer a quick turnaround on the pay, and they’ve always treated us well."
"I don’t have to truck the corn far, and I like the small, family feel of the business. In fact, I just recommended Heartland Organics to a farmer yesterday. Bryce is building more than a business. He’s building relationships."
